Privacy Policy

Effective April 21, 2026.

Boundary Stone Capital ("BSC," "we," "us") is a privately held real estate investment firm based in Washington, D.C. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through boundarystonecapital.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices available to you. Because the Site exists primarily to describe the firm and receive limited inquiries from prospective partners and counterparties, our data practices are narrow by design.

Information we collect

We collect three categories of information: (1) information you voluntarily submit through the Site's contact form, which may include your name, email address, telephone number, organization, and the content of your message; (2) standard server and request metadata that is automatically recorded when any visitor loads a page, such as the IP address, user agent, referring page, and timestamp; and (3) aggregate, cookie-less usage statistics generated by Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures page views and visits in a privacy-preserving manner and does not identify individual visitors.

How we use it

Contact-form submissions are used to respond to your inquiry and to continue correspondence with you or your organization. Server metadata is used to operate the Site, protect it against abuse, and diagnose technical issues. Aggregate usage statistics are used to understand which pages of the Site are most valuable to our audience so we can improve the Site's content and structure. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use the Site to build advertising profiles.

Third-party processors

The Site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and uses Cloudflare's network services for content delivery, TLS, DDoS protection, and cookie-less Web Analytics. Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile for human verification. Firm email is handled by Google Workspace. Each of these processors handles information subject to its own published privacy terms.

Cookies

The Site does not set first-party cookies for advertising, cross-site tracking, or re-targeting. A small number of technical cookies may be set by Cloudflare for security and bot-mitigation purposes; these are strictly necessary to deliver the Site. Cloudflare Web Analytics operates without setting analytics cookies.

Retention

Contact-form correspondence is retained for as long as is reasonably necessary to maintain a record of our communications with you or your organization, consistent with our ordinary business records practices. Server-level request logs are retained by our infrastructure providers for short operational windows.

Your choices

You may request that we correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing the firm at info@boundarystonecapital.com. Where required by state law, we will honor verified rights requests within the time frames set by the applicable statute. You can also choose not to submit the contact form; no personal information is required to view the Site's public pages.

We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, national origin, source of income, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or District of Columbia law. This commitment applies across our investment, property management, and tenant-facing practices.

Children

The Site is directed to institutional partners, counterparties, and other adult professional audiences. We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of thirteen.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected in a visible notice on the Site where appropriate.
